"Day at the Museum"

On Thursday, the boys and I got stir-crazy and headed for the Museum of Life and Science in Durham. We have been spending a lot of time at home recently, mainly because of the cold, gas prices, getting Stephen on a "school" schedule, and just the "busyness" of little Caleb! This Thursday, though, it was time to get out! And what better place to go than to a museum that's about 10 minutes from our house that we're members to! It was great!

We spent all of our time indoors due to the cold weather. The boys played with all sorts of imaginative things, and I prided myself that Stephen couldn't have gotten a better "preschool lesson" anywhere that day! He begged to go outside and see the butterfly house, bears, lemurs, etc, so on Saturday, Jeremy and I went back.

The weather was beautiful then, so we spent the entire time outside. I don't have any pictures, though, because it was kind of an unplanned trip. I'm learning that those are often the best! Anyhoo, hope you enjoy the pictures! The museum is awesome but spending time with those you love is even better!=)

  1. Looks and sounds like a blast! Brenden LOVES the museum so we'll have to meet there sometime so the boys can enjoy it all together!
